After your two-on-one coaching call with Jake & Joe - You will receive a full plan of action encompassing all facets of your health to achieve your specific fitness & wellness goals. The plan is actionable and will guide you through what steps to take in order to assess your current situation and the adjustments necessary from this information for you to feel the best you possibly can - whether you decide to work with us to implement or not.
We will be diving into YOU. We will learn about your lifestyle, current health & wellness regimen, personal goals, motivators, and any problems you've faced with any past diets or workout programs that have kept you from the results you desire. We want to know your favorite foods, the ones you hate, your workout preferences to name a few. During this time we ask that you share any limitations or modifications you need to fit your situation best.
What You’ll Do Before the Call
Before the call please:
Take 10-20 minutes to really ponder on your goals and motivations in life as a whole. Why are they important to you, really? Can you articulate it as a one sentence mission?
Write down 10 major goals - could be physical, professional, relationships, health, wealth, experiential, spiritual, family etc..
Lastly, write down any problems you believe you will face in achieving your 10 goals - Work, schedule, kids, dog, cousin, sister food, medical, mental, money - whatever has held you back in the past write it down - all of it.
What Happens During the Call
We will be diving into YOU. We will learn about your lifestyle, current health & wellness regimen, personal goals, motivators, and any problems you've faced with any past diets or workout programs that have kept you from the results you desire. You will receive a detailed report and step-by-step actionable plan to assess, analyze, implement, optimize and monitor your wellness. This is proactive wellness, to improve the quality of life for men and their families. This plan will identify your risks, allow you be ahead of the curve, plus look and feel the best you have in your entire life - Physically, mentally, biologically, relationally. We aren't lifer fitness guys. We didn't come out of the womb with a six pack. Cycling weight on and off was something we've struggled with in our past. We don't like working out for hours on end. We wont be in bodybuilding competition, probably ever.
Fitness found us in a dark time and helped us come out on the other side stronger - physically, mentally, spiritually and biologically. We became certified fitness coaches and nutrition specialists. However traditional fitness coaching that included workouts and meals didn't quite fit the bill.
